The china navy Type 054 (NATO codename: Jiangkai Class) multirole missile frigate Type 054 incorporates many stealth features: sloped hull design; radar absorbent materials; and reduction of surface equipment and features.Ma’anshan (525), was begun in late 2002，The second hull Wenzhou (526) was launched on 30 November 2003. Both ships are deployed by the PLA Navy East Sea Fleet.From the third hull, the ship was built in the improved Type 054A (Jiangkai-II class) variant, featuring an 32-cell air-defence missile VLS and Russian Top Plate 3D air search radar.
