Australian heavy cruiser HMAS Canberra



HMAS Canberra (D33) was a Royal Australian Navy heavy cruiser of the County class, which served between 1928 and 1942. She was sunk in the Battle of Savo Island,along with USS Quincy, Vinncinnes, and Astoria... on 9 August 1942, during World War 2
Admiral MIkawa force hit Canberra first out of luck because Canberra was a tight veteran cruiser and if she hadn't been hit early and hard she would have been into action quicker thank greener USN cruisers
